Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), stabilizer (cross-linked cellulose gum), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, fatty acids, magnesium salts of fatty acids), carrier (mannitol).

Usage Recommendations
For adults, take six (6) tablets daily, preferably at mealtime, with plenty of water.
