Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl, pyridoxal 5'-phosphate) 10 mg

Capsule (hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose), magnesium oxide, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), magnesium bisglycinate, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids).
Usage Recommendations
For adults, take one (1) capsule daily, preferably at mealtime, with plenty of water.
